Hello

Well, I decided to start a blog to chronicle my homebrewing adventures. I call it Brew Garage, for the simple fact that I brew, ferment and dispense my creations from inside my garage or just outside. I was inspired by another blogger Mike T at The Mad Fermentationist. I don't have as much experience or know how, but I have been brewing for close to two years now on a regular basis. I switched to All Grain brewing this summer and have about 9 batches under my belt.

I will also post my thoughts on craft beer and every once and a while various topics including cooking and b-b-q.
